SHOCKING FOOD AND SERVICE AT MACBANANAS

What a total rip off. Pancakes are way overpriced and are dry, dry, dry, as they are very stingy with the syrup and toppings. The attitude of the manageress and owners daughter left a lot to be desired. We were all very disappointed with what was served to us and the fact that they charged us R15 for additional syrup and R3 for a take away container is totally ridiculous. They are trying to make out that they care about the environment and that is why they are charging for straws and take away containers – well if they cared so much, they would not pocket that money that they take for these items, but should rather donate these funds to some sort of environmental cause!!! Their food and service has gone way down in our books and we certainly will not be going back. We made the big mistake of not checking out their reviews before we went there – What a waste of money. Next time we bypass them and head for waffle house instead.
