Mac Advent calendar 2025 costs R5000 delivered with 3 items missing!

ATTENTION : CUSTOMER SERVICES MAC COSMETICS

I received the order and proof of payment for the MAC ADVENT Calendar 2025, which I have received BUT on day 3 there is an item missing as well as day 15 and 22. it costs R5000 plus delivery, outrageous for items that are missing! I paid a HUGE amount of money for this item and have tried all the local South Africa Mac stores as well as the company that sold the item to me Truworths.

I would request a prompt replacement of the items that are missing and an apology for a SUB STANDARD item sold. What an embarrassment, Mac used to be a premium product

I have also written a review on your international website, hoping for a reply which still has not been answered. O have complained to Truworths as well, without success.
