For the past two months, I’ve had issues with my debit order date at the bank during the holiday season, which caused me to miss my December and January payments. I’ve emailed and called Capital Legacy multiple times—leaving six messages in December and again up to 10 January 2026—requesting a change to my debit order date. Despite this, I’ve received no response, only a notice that my life cover policy has been cancelled. I’ve tried to sort out the payment without success and now need management to step in. I’ve paid my policies faithfully for nearly a decade, and when I needed help, all I got was a cancellation letter. I need my policy reinstated and assurance that my beneficiaries won’t face this kind of trouble when claiming after my death.
Bought a product, paid for it and company NEVER delivered, their phone number doesn't seem to work either: 0875010110 so a **** by all accounts. I have asked for a refund buy I don't get a reply on my emails or phone calls are dead. Please assist to track them down for a refund before they **** other clients
Order number: o322539789 for the MAC ADVENT Calendar 2025, which I have received BUT on day 3 there is an item missing as well as day 15 and 22. I paid a HUGE amount of money for this item and have tried all the local South Africa Mac stores as well as the company that sold the item to me Truworths. I would request a prompt replacement of the items that are missing and an apology for a SUB STANDARD item sold. What an embarrassment, Mac used to be a premium product I have also written a review on your international website, hoping for a reply I await your prompt response.

For the first time of using Takalot I did not get all my items in my order last week. Within an hour of delivery, I contacted Takealot on the phone to report that 1 item was missing from my delivery. I was told by the agent they would look into it and get back to me with a way forward. I have now had 6 subsequent phone calls with the agents; the matter has been escalated and still no resolution. I want a credit for the missing item so I can [purchase it somewhere else. I have never had this happen on a Takealot before, sad really! Im afraid Takealot should learn from Temo about what customer service is all about.
I bought and paid for event tickets for June 14-16 and BOUGHT insurance with Quikset in case of cancellation. The event was cancelled and move to October. I cannot attend and have asked for my refund to be processed. I'm having all sorts of trouble with Quickset not that they owe me money. I have been with budget insurance for 7 years, never claimed before. On Sunday night 16th/Monday morning November home geyser burst, ive jumped through all the budget insurance hoops and 27 phone calls to get the claim approved, a service provider, a home inspection and a go ahead given. Ive had zero feedback on the status if the replacement from budget and after physically going to the supplier have been informed that a week after the claim approval the geyser was only ordered yesterday when instillation should have been on Thursday. The trauma, frustration and inconvenience caused by the incompetence of Budget Insurance and The Plumber Mosselbay staff is unbelievable. Needless to say, if you looking for insurance and have a plumbing disaster dont use The Plumber Mosselbay nor Budget Insurance!
On the 9th May a batch of Funds as Work withdrawal paperwork with ALL supporting documents was submitted to Momentum for Pension/Provident withdrawal. The standard timeframe as per Momentum "Quote"12-16 weeks. The payout date after 15 emails to momentum over the 16-week period was 20 September 2024. The week of the 20th September I was informed that non of my documents were received. I have had one email from a manager named Zante Geel that promised she was handling it personally and Id get my pension payout in maximum 10 days. Needless to say that date has come and gone. I need help with these Corporate companies that just dont care about customer service and what grief it causes people on the other end PEOPLE DONT INVEST YPUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN MOMENTUM - you will never get it back
I was contacted by an agent named Bruce agency number: 0104494848 of this *****ulent company called UBMV who apparently were appointed by Momentum Life Insurance to submit document for an outstanding pension/provident claim that Momentum had not paid yet. I was instructed to complete some Momentum forms and submit a copy of my ID, Bank statement, proof of address (all documents protected under the Protection of Personal Infromation Act). I was told that my claim was submitted sucessfully (I have this in writing) and confirmed the payout date of between 12-16 weeks from submission. I had regular communications with this Bruce via email as none of the company contact telephone numbers are active. 3 weeks ago I reconfirmed my payment date of the 20th September 16 weeks after submission, and was told: quote: "contact Momentum directly as I don't have access to your file" Needless to say after a week of trying to contact Momentum was told by their agent that NO SUCH SUBMISSION was ever received. I have tried calling UBMV for assistance with no success. After lodging this Hello Peter complaint, I will open a case of ***** against UBMV and Momentum. Any assistance would be appreciated
I bought a Kreepy Kraly Dominator for more than R3500 5 months ago. The unit worked perfectly for 3 months, then started "slipping" and not moving around the pool. I sent it back, had to buy new rubber for the wheels, which lasted less than 1 month. I contacted Kreepy Krauly on messenger, after 3 weeks of my constant messaging asking for help, got a message from a LAUREN last night, promising to contact me by 8am this morning. Needless to say, SHE has not contacted me yet and I still have no resolve for my expensive useless faulty product!
