Matilda's lifestyle shop *****ing people money, they are a ****
Bought a product, paid for it and company NEVER delivered, their phone number doesn't seem to work either: 0875010110 so a **** by all accounts. I have asked for a refund buy I don't get a reply on my emails or phone calls are dead. Please assist to track them down for a refund before they **** other clients

They take money for services not rendered
They take money for services not rendered. They took R1800 to repair a fridge BUT THE FRIDGE STILL ISN'T WORKING. When we call them, they promise to come out, but they NEVER DO. It's costing us a lot of money to pay for food to go off in the fridge. THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE WHO ARE ROBBING OLD AGE PENSIONERS

They take money for services not rendered. They took R1800 to repair a fridge BUT THE FRIDGE STILL ISN'T WORKING. When we call them, they promise to come out, but they NEVER DO. It's costing us a lot of money to pay for food to go off in the fridge. THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE WHO ARE ROBBING OLD AGE PENSIONERS

Faulty goods - no refund
I purchased an item and it didn't work, arranged collection and they sent out an alternative product as a replacement and that item didn't work either. I asked for a full refund as it was within 7 days and the customer service gentleman is unwilling to issue out a refund. I am still waiting for my refund and have no product either as I returned it. I let them know it's part of consumer rights to request a full refund however it fell on deaf ears. Absolutely appalled by the service or lack of.

Excellent, professional service with great customer relations
I recently was gifted a goodie from Matilda's and was really enjoying it. It started to give problems, so I contacted their customer service department. After a quick and professional conversation via email, a new one was sent to me. They have excellent customer service and offer a wide range of products.

Matildas’s online adult store- top of the tops!
Hands down the best service I’ve yet to receive in this country. Matt was not only friendly, warm and funny but professional to boot! He replied to emails within the hour and would have a solution to every one of my wishes. In my humble opinion, it is the only adult site worth visiting in SA. You will be glad you did!!!!

This is an incredibly fantastic online retailer that provides fantastic quality products and excellent customer service. The process of purchasing from them is easy and convenient. They are readily available to assist with queries. I have never had any doubts or worries that I would receive my products and they would be beautifully packaged and delivered on time.
