TCL 65 TV

Their warranty policy is a *****/lie or I do not know how to put it/I bought 65TCL tv used it one year and it just went off. I took it back, they told me i should keep it they will send someone to come fix/check it, it's been 2 weeks now. I called back suddendly they no longer pick my call up!
