THEY PROMISE 5 BUSINESSDAYS TO PROCESS REFUNDS BUT ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS NOW

THIS IS A REPEAT OF A PREVIOUSLY LOGGED AND IGNORED COMPLAINT!!!

I am waiting for a refund on my gazebo for more than a month now, I received the credit note, they asked for my banking confirmation and still. nothing after their SLA states 5-7 business days.

MAKRO has dropped the ball hugely

I still have uncollected and misdirected returns on other items and they only try to call you once then send emails stating you are unreachable!! SURE IM UNREACHABLE IF YOU CALL WHILE IM DRIVING TO OFFICE AND ONE CALL DO NOT STATE THAT YOU REALLY TRIED! they also do not respond to emails!
