Take alot reschedules deliveries without pre warning and when asked to prioritise the important item,t hey refused to go the extra mile, keep on telling me for 24hours straight that they will let the driver know its urgent the call centre also drops the call after noticing where i am calling from that its me to get hold of the driver or track the item again This were an event item which was now unsuccessful thanks to take alot I lost R7000 which i will sue them for definitely, I dont care how much it will cost me and how long, this pathetic company should face the consequences of their bad service along their ******** decisions to reschedule items without my consent. 199355076
They give an option for delivery then decides my area and their own delivery amount is not high enough for them They then decides to Paxi send my parcel (which isnow at my own cost topickup and time to drive to a Pep) but still have not send the package, nor are they responding to emails

I am waiting for a refund on my gazebo for more than a month now, I received the credit note, they asked for my banking confirmation and still. nothing after their SLA states 5-7 business days. MAKRO has dropped the ball hugely I still have uncollected and misdirected returns on other items and they only try to call you once then send emails stating you are unreachable!! SURE IM UNREACHABLE IF YOU CALL WHILE IM DRIVING TO OFFICE AND ONE CALL DO NOT STATE THAT YOU REALLY TRIED! they also do not respond to emails! I logged a return weeks ago but they are not giving any feedback on when it will be collected and I keep on calling the call centre which then say someone will give me updates here is three unanswered queries: #MAK9404358_Return logged and still not collected for almost a month now! Just wanted to THANK JADE in Pep PAARL, who went out of her way to get an item I needed urgently by calling other franchises to ask if they have stock for me too, when I did the calling around and asked others if they could check their system or do the same as Jade did, they were not as helpful as Jade were at all. False advertising on black friday specials just to draw customers and waiste their money with petrol expenses! The meerkat canvas tent in no western cape stores and no branch manager is willing to order it on behalf of their customer. Phathetic services Checkers!
I recently opened a credit card with Woolworths and part of their requirement to receive the card was to take my FICA documents into the branch (Paarl Mall) to collect my card which I did. Without warning my card gets FICA blocked and I traveled to purchase an item 100kms far just to have the transaction declined, this is unacceptable! When I went into the app then only, I saw a FICA notice and I re-uploaded my documents and sent it via email the same day. Still its now fica blocked while I budgetted on the available credit. 72 hours has passed and my card is still blocked. This is bad service right from the start since they had my FICA documents at the branch already, without it I couldnt get the card
