MRL customer services are aweful and they are holding onto my money without delivering what ipaid for
They give an option for delivery then decides my area and their own delivery amount is not high enough for them They then decides to Paxi send my parcel (which isnow at my own cost topickup and time to drive to a Pep) but still have not send the package, nor are they responding to emails

Poor quality
Been purchasing their products for years. Up until recently. The quality has dropped immensely. The perfume is so watered down that that there's no scent whatsoever. They never respond to emails or calls. A lack of customer service. Really disappointed and won't support again.

Poor quality
Been purchasing their products for years. Up until recently. The quality has dropped immensely. The perfume is so watered down that that there's no scent whatsoever. They never respond to emails or calls. A lack of customer service. Really disappointed and won't support again.

Hurt and disappointed
I have never seen such a rude person like the one answering MRL whatsapp. I order one bottle because I was sceptical ordering online without knowing the service. I was then told that it will arrive in Wednesday. After several messages there was no response. Only to be told the next day that the driver is outside. I told them I was not at the office and went on to explain that they could have atleast responded to my messages . The lady told me it's ok noted. No apology nothing worst part she d4oped a call on my ear. I'm pised by the level of disrespect I got

No recommendations
Firstly I would like to say I have no recommendations on MRL. SPRAYERS keep braking on perfume bottles. On asking for a credit for my customers I'm told that I have to pay for it. Please do not become agents for MRL.
