Hurt and disappointed

I have never seen such a rude person like the one answering MRL whatsapp. I order one bottle because I was sceptical ordering online without knowing the service. I was then told that it will arrive in Wednesday. After several messages there was no response. Only to be told the next day that the driver is outside. I told them I was not at the office and went on to explain that they could have atleast responded to my messages . The lady told me it's ok noted.
