I have decided to cancel my services with this company after 10 years. I have claimed once and it was a complete fail. Tried contacting them numerous times but it is so hard trying to get through. When i do get through to an agent, someone hangs up on me
Been purchasing their products for years. Up until recently. The quality has dropped immensely. The perfume is so watered down that that there's no scent whatsoever. They never respond to emails or calls. A lack of customer service. Really disappointed and won't support again.
From the food, service, ambiance...everything in my opinion was perfect! The waiters and FOH staff are exceptionally well trained. The food was cooked to perfection. Not to mention the view! I have only been there once, however, I have been treated like a regular. Whether it be date night with bae, or just a casual lunch/dinner with family or friends, this is the place to be! Definitely going back!
I'm very disappointed in Vodacom. I processed an upgrade with an agent (initially wanted tonolace the upgrade online, however, I had a query and the agent proceeded to assist me further). The name of the agent PAUL made additions to the plan I selected and promised me that there were no additional fees INCLUDING processing the upgrade over the phone. I just received my quote and there are so many additional fees which I repeatedly asked him to reassure me of. Not impressed at all!!!!!
I would like to recommend the team at the Montague Gardens branch in Cape Town for taking good care of my vehicle. Excellent craftsmanship and service. Would absolutely recommend this panel beater and looking forward to doing business with them in future.
Not impressed with the outcome of my claim. On Jan 5th, 2021 I was involved in an accident, which thankfully, was minor. I immediately contacted my insurer and logged a claim. I took all the necessary steps, as advised to me, to ensure that claim would be process accurately. to my dismay, I have not been fully informed of the process or what the possible outcome would be until I received a call on Jan 20th and had been advised that my claim has been rejected due to the fact that the damages quote amounts to R4100. Mind you, my excess fee is R5900. So to put it simply, 1st for Women has rejected this claim as the amount has not exceeded the excess fee amount. I was told to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket and after reassessing the vehicle they 'might' pay me back. I am unhappy about this!!! I have been with this insurer for the last 5/6 years and this has been my first time ever claiming. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed. Had I known from the get-go this this would be the outcome, I never would've signed up with this company. I will definitely be cancelling and look for a different company to be insured with.
