I am not happy with Macro Cape Gate....
1) My son bought me a dishwasher for my birthday, still under warranty it broke. I said I don't want another dishwasher, Macro refuse to refund him his money back into his account and gave him a gift card for that amount. 2) He bought a fridge for his flat with that gift card, Macro could not deliver the next day so my son borrowed a trailer to collect, get to his flat the fridge was faulty, Devy technician guy came out and said the fridge must be replace, know Macro does not want to come and collect the fridge the same time they deliver the new one. Natasha (from who no wear) phoned me on Thursday and promises me the fridge will be delivered today no charge Saturday the 7 Dec, it is 12:24 still no delivery, I phone Macro they don’t know anything about a delivery, and Devy head office is not opened on Saturday’s to resolved this problem.
I don't want to buy any electronic product from Macro again. I just want the money back into my son's bank account to buy at a other dealership, Macro refuse again to pay back his money.
If this is the way Macro treated his customers I don't want to buy from Macro again.
