I am very disappointed in Biddulphs. They transport our furniture from Bethlehem to Cape Town. It was agreed that we can only inspect our furniture that was delivered to our storage unit in Durbanville on our return to Cape Town a view weeks later. When we did inspect our crates and furniture on our return we found that several crates that was clearly mark fragile and brake able ( glassware)were damaged and glassware were damaged. Expensive stainless braai were also damaged, 1 camp master chair is missing. Some furniture were damaged, Very disappointing that after 3 months, after several phone calls, emails again and again no resolution, The items were insured for R100 000 for theft and damage at Biddulphs. Know Biddulphs refused to compensate for any damages.
I am not happy with Macro Cape Gate.... 1) My son bought me a dishwasher for my birthday, still under warranty it broke. I said I don't want another dishwasher, Macro refuse to refund him his money back into his account and gave him a gift card for that amount. 2) He bought a fridge for his flat with that gift card, Macro could not deliver the next day so my son borrowed a trailer to collect, get to his flat the fridge was faulty, Devy technician guy came out and said the fridge must be replace, know Macro does not want to come and collect the fridge the same time they deliver the new one. Natasha (from who no wear) phoned me on Thursday and promises me the fridge will be delivered today no charge Saturday the 7 Dec, it is 12:24 still no delivery, I phone Macro they don’t know anything about a delivery, and Devy head office is not opened on Saturday’s to resolved this problem. I don't want to buy any electronic product from Macro again. I just want the money back into my son's bank account to buy at a other dealership, Macro refuse again to pay back his money. If this is the way Macro treated his customers I don't want to buy from Macro again.
Still waiting for feedback regarding my medical bill
I bought a BBQ chicken at Bethlehem Woolworths on Monday. Me and my husband ate some for supper. Monday evening we end up in the ER with vomiting and upset tummy. I took yhe rest of the chicken back and the manager took my details and told me they wipp be in contact. I also send an email to Woolworths and receive a reply " Thank you for contacting the Woolworths Customer Service Centre. An agent will be in touch with you shortly to provide assistance." Up to today nothing.
