Absolutely shocking experience with MacWave.

I brought in my 12-inch MacBook for a simple bezel fix and it came back in worse condition than before.

My screen now has noticeable scratches that were not there when I dropped it off. Even worse, the tape inside the hinge is falling apart, clearly pointing to poor workmanship and a lack of quality control.

What’s most upsetting is that I paid full price for the repair and their services are by no means affordable. For that cost, I expected professional, careful work. Instead, I’m now left with additional damage that I’ll probably have to fix elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed. This is not the level of service one expects from a company that claims to specialise in Apple repairs. I will not be returning and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting your devices to them.
