Best service ever
Big ups to shane what an amazing gent, my xbox series controller was almost beyond repair but shane went above and beyond to make sure he fixed it and it's working 100%. Thank you mad controllers

Don’t use Mad Controllers with sentimental items, as they aren’t handled with the care they deserve.
I took two Xbox controllers in for repair, specifically for issues with the analog sticks. Unfortunately, both controllers started experiencing even worse problems about three months later. Additionally, I noticed that one of the controllers had developed a crack on the face, which was never mentioned to me during the repair. I only learned today from another repair technician that this crack often forms when the controller is reassembled with excessive force. To make matters worse, I wasn’t offered any sort of discount, nor was the damage pointed out to me at any point.
