I took two Xbox controllers in for repair, specifically for issues with the analog sticks. Unfortunately, both controllers started experiencing even worse problems about three months later. Additionally, I noticed that one of the controllers had developed a crack on the face, which was never mentioned to me during the repair. I only learned today from another repair technician that this crack often forms when the controller is reassembled with excessive force. To make matters worse, I wasn’t offered any sort of discount, nor was the damage pointed out to me at any point.
Telkom Westgate staff is full of lazy lairs. I was **** to by the staff there many times now, Maybe it's my fault for going back there. But I have been **** to and mislead by the staff there, Ropped into a contract with empty promises, Porting my number will be easy they said to get me to open a new contract, now all I get is stories, excuses and lies as to why I can't be help.. "IT doesn't work on weekends" What a load of bull, the staff I had the pleasure of assisting me was either rude or ***********.
Telkom Westgate is useless. I have been there 3 times to port a number over. And every time I do, I get stories or excuses. I was even **** to by a staff member, "sorry sir IT doesn't work on the weekend, come back during the week" So im here now and Im told "our system is slow" and I just confirmed now that I was **** to about IT not working on the weekend because I'm standing here in Telkom Westgate.
Personally we normally have a good experience at Coffee Time, but today was one of the worst. The staff, couldn't care less, made eye contact with us when being called over but chose to ignore us completely, our waiter included. The Coffee was served in a filthy cup, it had small things floating in it, and when I told the waiter he didn't care at all. I don't see me going there again. When "Coffee" is in your company name but you couldn't be bothered to clean the Coffee machine or the Coffee cups there is a problem.
I bought xbox controller that started malfunctioning, It was still within the warranty period, I requested a replacement. They made me jump through multiple hoops before telling me I have to claim directly from Microsoft just in time for my warranty to be up. The person helping me with my case was friendly but not helpful at all. If they arent willing to replace or refund broken prodcuts within warrenty, why would you buy anything from them? Buying form Avo is wasting your money.
This company has been harassing me for over 2 months now, Every time I get a call I inform them that they have the wrong person, some times the agent apologies and says they will remove me from their system, but most of the time the agents are extremely rude and do not care that they have the wrong person. Nothing is resolved, no matter how many times I call in and ask them to stop. Constant sms's and early morning calls. I am fed up with this. 1 of the many Ref numbers : 0278000798777863 I AM NOT THE PERSON YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE! Or I will be forced to take legal action.
They claim that there are no hidden coats, but if you go in store everything is between 10% and 20% cheaper.
Telkom has a variety of great deals on there website with regards to upgrading. By selecting the product and plan that you want, you will get directed to a form you must fill in for a call back. Once I got the call back, I was told that the offers on the website are no longer valid, even though the cut off time is stated a month away on my product of choice. And going in store doesnt helpn either I showed guy "helping me" with my upgrade the deal I wanted, and he was full of excuses like "only our online department has those deals" so jack to the online store I go. After a frustrating back and forth with the telemarketer again, to try and get the deal that is still valid, I'm told I will have to pay an extra R200p/m for that deal and I won't get the goodies if I do. Final after struggling with them for a week, I settled and took the deal I was offered, and its a terriable deal now that i think of it. Telkom is guilty of false adverti*****t and lies. I have been conned, dont let them do the same to you.
Today I waited 45mins in a Que to get into Pick n Pay princess crossing, I did my shopping and came home, one of the items I bought was a Non stick Pan, the handle of this pan broke before I could even wash it. I called in and was directed by a lovely lady to the actual branch, were I was greeted by one of the rudest people ever, he told me they refuse to take the pan back despite the 2 year warranty because I broke it and it wasn't broken when I left the store, after a back and forth of him being rude, he told me to come and he will replace it, and that I wouldn't have to wait in a que, I must just ask for him at the door. I asked my brother to go in as I did not want to deal with a person like that, might have used the pan as a weapon, once he arrived he went to the door asked for him, and Tami came out spun some stories and sent my brother to the back of the que with a fat smile on his face, so not only rude and a time waster but a liar too. I have never come across some one so rude. But in all honesty every experience I have at Pick n Pay princess crossing is terrible.
My Brother and I like swapping the BBQ sauce for the Big Mac sauce, We did this recently at McDonald's Florida North, we got home to find out that our burgers were old, like really old, tasted like cardboard and it must have been off because we both suffered from severe stomach pains. We think that they gave us the old food because we made the sauce swap, for which we were charge extra.
