Madds Trading - Madds Nutec and Log Homes
Please stay away from this company - they are flooding Facebook with projects that are underway BUT in reality it is a complete shamble. I have been blocked from their facebook page as I left a negative response. I paid my deposit and the promise was to start building the following week. I had to hire a toilet at my expense - this all happened in Jan 2026 - to date no materials have been delivered and no work has started. Petronella Madhandara - who is the only active director (no ID number listed - very strange) is your only contact. She lies her way through every phone call - I have had the runaround for months and now I have cancelled my order with them. They now appear to be unable to repay my deposit. This company virtually has no online footprint, no bonds, no loans, no hire purchases, no credit score, nothing, even the smallest companies have a digital footprint. Could this be deliberate so that no-one can go after them or trace them?

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before signing anything. I was promised that my Newtech house would be completed within 3 weeks. It has now been over 5 months, and the house is still not finished. The delays alone have been extremely frustrating, but what is even more concerning is the poor and unsafe quality of the work. Basic legal and safety requirements were not followed. The electrical work and foundation were not done according to standard regulations, which made the structure feel unsafe and left me seriously worried about long-term risks. In fact, the electrical work was so poorly done that the electrician wouldn't give me a COC and I had to redo a large portion of the wiring myself just to make it safe and functional. On top of that, communication has been terrible. I have been given countless promises and deadlines that were never met, with little to no accountability. The most unacceptable part of this entire experience was being pressured to remove a previous negative review. I was told that if I didn’t take it down, they would withhold money they still owed me. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and *********. Overall, this has been a stressful, disappointing, and costly experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Empty promises
Petronella the owner is full of promises, yes i agree the contracters work is great and they work quick and hard WHEN she pay and buy them the materials its 3weeks now she keeps promising the materials are coming yet the project is still standing still. From the beginning we were promised a contract asking several times for it yet only empty promises. We received photos how the house will look like at the end yet to see its a low standard ceiling and not a high rised ceiling as in her adverti*****t pictures.
