I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before signing anything.

I was promised that my Newtech house would be completed within 3 weeks. It has now been over 5 months, and the house is still not finished. The delays alone have been extremely frustrating, but what is even more concerning is the poor and unsafe quality of the work.

Basic legal and safety requirements were not followed. The electrical work and foundation were not done according to standard regulations, which made the structure feel unsafe and left me seriously worried about long-term risks. In fact, the electrical work was so poorly done that the electrician wouldn't give me a COC and I had to redo a large portion of the wiring myself just to make it safe and functional.

On top of that, communication has been terrible. I have been given countless promises and deadlines that were never met, with little to no accountability.

The most unacceptable part of this entire experience was being pressured to remove a previous negative review. I was told that if I didn’t take it down, they would withhold money they still owed me. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and *********.

Overall, this has been a stressful, disappointing, and costly experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
