Poor service! Similar to some other reviewers, I had to pay, in full, upfront for products and then kept following up when I had heard nothing from Mark/Celeste re my order. Eventually cancelled (6 weeks later) because they were full of false promises. On the 22nd of July I was told my shipment of goods would be arriving 31 July. I followed up 3 times (10 to 13 Aug) and was then told today I’d get the order next week (telephonically). Only to be told later (via email) that I had to wait an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks. Not a satisfied customer. Will not recommend (save yourself the time and frustration… source products elsewhere)
