horrible service received from Maemo motors, took in my Omoda to get globes fitted in because my headlights had died. I called on a Monday the 8th of December and was informed to bring in my car on Friday the 12th. I arrived at the dealership just after 07h00 and spent literally the whole day there only to be told around 16h00 that they do not have the globes and would have to order them, was told it would be a week then they would be in ( mind you I have already paid for the globes and labour cost as I was told I would need to pay for these before they are ordered) it has been over 3 weeks and tomorrow will make week 4; when I call to find out what the hold up is I get told that I am not the only customer they have, what a way to speak to and treat the most critical stakeholder of your business. This has restricted me as I am not able to drive once it gets dark because I do not have headlights. from the day I took my car in to date I have received horrible treatment and no consideration whatsoever especially from a lady named Jeanine! if you have an option not to use Maemo motors I would suggest you save yourself the headache and stress of dealing with them.

Maemo motors refuses to service a brand new omoda purchased from them in February. When the car signaled a need for service at 5000 kms, they send me back and said I must return at 15000 kms. Last week when I took the car in, I was told to pay for service because it was supposed to have been brought in at 10000. I tried explaining but they blatantly refused listen.

Re: Complaint and assistance needed; Maemo Motors Commercial Vehicles Rustenburg On 20 May 2024 we booked a service for the Wednesday 22nd of May 2024 with Jason. Our Truck went for a service at Maemo Motors Commercial Vehicles, Cnr R104 & 2nd Ave, Old Pretoria Road, Rustenburg on Wednesday 22 May but only arrived the afternoon. Jason said they cannot attend to the truck, since they were still busy with the other trucks that came in for service that day. We moved the service to Tuesday 28 May and discussed with Jason. The truck arrived already on Monday afternoon 27 May to ensure that they can start with the service early the next day. The truck spend the whole day there and we now heard that the truck was not attended to and cannot be attended to today. The truck is overdue for a service and we have waited an entire day where we could have used the truck and driver. This is unacceptable service. We have now booked elsewhere Primeco 012 035 0383

The customer service received from Maemo Motors in Rusternburg has been the worst service I've ever received. Till today I have no joy the car is still stuck with them since January the 5th 2024 I'm yet to receive the refund I've requested 6days ago.

The service center does not value customers who have paid off vehicles. To a point one could question the credibility and if the car is actually serviced.Bad lead times. First come first serve does not apply to them

I took my car in for an inspection to Mercedes Benz in June 2023. I was told the car rims had a small stone that need ~R2600.00 for it to be removed, which I paid. My car's condition got worse, the real problem seemed to be the rear shocks and plugs, which were then ordered. It's almost 2 months since I've been waiting. I keep calling and checking how far the spares are and I'm given a run around. The manager was included in an email to request the progress on the spare and he did not respond. I honestly don't know what to do anymore because the condition of the car is worsening each time I drive it. My advise is to not take your car there. You might not get assisted!!!
