Loan penalties
Bad company ,don't ever think getting help by them ,they don't make you aware of the tcs and vs of the loan you taking,very unprofessional

06 Feb 2026, 08:00They charged me an extra R1200 for penalties and they initially did not made me aware as a client that there will be penalties involved should i failed to make a payment. I did not sign any contract with them ,and they did not tell me their tcs and vs ,only now when i want to settle my loan they yelling me about the penalties. They have been quiet ever since .They did not call me or send me an email. And i did pay them the first installment of R1100 ,my loan amount was R5500. I spoke to the agent on whatsapo why am being charged for penalties the agent stated that they don't know she i told them no one advised me about the penalties and i did not sign any contracts even iver the voice recordings.The agent said they don't know why am paying they were also told in december about the penalties. So now am being charged for someone else mistakes who failed to do their job by letting me know the tcs and cs.Please help for not paying the tcs and cs.
