A month without water

Dear Magalies-water Team,

I'm writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue affecting my household and neighboring homes in Portion 12, Mandela Village, Block F. We've been without water supply for four weeks, despite nearby areas having access to water.

This situation is frustrating and inhumane, forcing us to fetch water from neighboring areas using vehicles or wheelbarrows. This is unhygienic, especially with families and children, and makes everyday tasks extremely challenging.

I request your intervention to resolve this issue. Please investigate and find a solution to restore our water supply.
