Dear City of Tshwane and Magalies water I am a resident of Hammanskraal, and I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing water shortage that has now lasted nearly four months. During this period, we have had no communication about when the water supply will be restored, which is unacceptable. The lack of water has forced us to spend approximately thousands of rand on water tankers to refill our JoJo tanks, which is a significant financial burden. This situation is not just inconvenient but inhumane, as we rely on water for daily activities such as bathing, cooking, and cleaning. We've been without water supply for four weeks, despite nearby areas having access to water. A very useless company taking millions and millions of rands within Dr. Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District but fails to keep the taps filled with water. Our people are suffering while they (Magalies Water) are looting. How do you sleep while knowing very well you are denying our people a mere basic right to water.

Please wake up ...how can we survive with out water ..we pay for water but our taps are dry !! Maybe the ceo of magalies water must open his her house to the consumer (us) where we can bath do our laundry and our cutlery!!You have more ecxuses than anybody else in SA ..ore should we also bribe you for water? Please hire people who can and will get the job done !!

MAGALIES WATER is the supplier for water to our village but for the last 2 months they dont supply the village with water, but at month end they do bill us for water usage, its so bad you cant flash a toilet or have a decent shower just because magalies water dont do maintancing on there pumps PLEASE MAGALIES SORT THIS OUT ASAP

Magalies Water Tanks - if i could rate zero it would be more accurate. The owner of the Business (Ben) is extremely rude and unprofessional - The company i woke for paid them for 2 x tanks in November - since then we have been trying to get a refund as they could not deliver as promised. Today i finally got hold of the owner and he was rude - when i asked for the refund he responded by saying, dont talk **** to me and cut off the phonecall.

18 month ago we wrote to MW to dispute a number of issues!! We received a written apology from the CEO, who we now suspect didn't have a clue what he was apologising for!! We received a call from the COO who clearly hadn't read the whole email!!! And then a half assed "investigation" by a so called CFO who also obviously didnt know what she was talking about!!! And now we have been cut off, which we believe is illegal, despite the fact that we pay what we used to owe every month since they replaced the so called faulty meter 18 months ago!! We won't even talk about the many leaks, one of which has still not been repaired!! We believe that it is illegal to disconnect anyone's water supply, specially when they are paying every month!!! Can anyone assist us with the legal aspect of this please? We are not in a financial position to "pay and then argue" what is supposedly owed!!! And the b.........s do it at night and now we don't even have drinking water!!!!! Incompetence what???

I apply for a water connection on 14/01/2020 with reference nr 300001963, no one keep me up to date. I mail, whatsapp and phone almost every day. The technical team were suppose to do an assessment on 20/01/2020, they never pitched. All Refentse is telling me is that she don't get clear feedback from the technical team and that she will report this to their customer care specialist. I'm without water already and still no response from them.
