I apply for a water connection on 14/01/2020 with reference nr 300001963, no one keep me up to date. I mail, whatsapp and phone almost every day. The technical team were suppose to do an assessment on 20/01/2020, they never pitched. All Refentse is telling me is that she don't get clear feedback from the technical team and that she will report this to their customer care specialist. I'm without water already and still no response from them.
