I apply for a water connection on 14/01/2020 with reference nr 300001963, no one keep me up to date. I mail, whatsapp and phone almost every day. The technical team were suppose to do an assessment on 20/01/2020, they never pitched. All Refentse is telling me is that she don't get clear feedback from the technical team and that she will report this to their customer care specialist. I'm without water already and still no response from them.
I financed an solar system that I received from Solar man on 28/10/2018. One of their installers installed my system. On Saturday (24/11/2018) when I returned from the shops my inverter box were dead. In phoned the installer and he came to look at my inverter and said that this is not the first inverter that he installed that went dead - its the quality inverter that Solar Man supplies. Solar man accuse me of starting a generator while the system were running - I wasn't even home when this happened. Solar man also said there could have gone a spark from Eskom's electricity through - but we don't have any other source of power at home. Then Solar Man said it could be my fridge if it was an old fridge - but my fridge is 2 years old. Solar man tried to blame the installer to let him pay. When the installer left and do not want to work for Solar Man anymore. That is when Solar Man tell me that he is not going to replace the inverter, I have to buy a new one and pay again for installation. All of a sudden they can give a new inverter to me for R1150 - why do I have to pay for something that worked for 26 days?
