In 2018 I received a call from 0877279728 number and during the conversation somehow, I ended up saying yes, not knowing I am getting myself into a Monster and Himalaya Mountain trouble called DEBT RESTRUCTURING OR REVIEW and ever since my life has spiralled into a mess. This guy or company does not want to release my file despite me losing my job in 2020 and somehow, stopping paying their account. As it stands there is nothing I can do just have to continue with all pending debt and service providers who listened and never judged in making minimum but affordable repayments. I regret ever picking up that call in 2018 my financial credit life would have been better. So to anybody reading this review if Hello Peter would publish it never ever never fall for this **** called DEBT REVIEW OR RESTRUCTRUCTING it is a trap that you will never get out easily rather swallow your pride and approach all your credit providers and renegotiate with them your repayment plan to avoid the mess called DEBT REVIEW OR RESTRUCTURING it is a death trap.

A very useless company taking millions and millions of rands within Dr. Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District but fails to keep the taps filled with water. Our people are suffering while they (Magalies Water) are looting. How do you sleep while knowing very well you are denying our people a mere basic right to water.
The worst and slowest Boxer Superstores (Taung) ever in South Afrika in terms of services in any respect whatsoever, they have over 15 tills but at most if not all the times you will find only 7 tills operating. ignoring the fact that they are serving over 180 villages. Branch manager or customer services manager would not bother apologise for their poor service, instead they are just complacent and used to their poor service. Worse part they have two stores in the area but no improvement, chaaaaaaaai......

I have never been treated like this by a bank and not care how one progresses without money, furthermore not taking into consideration that other partner's money is at stake. how can an institution you have put all your monies trust into and they treat you like this. Capitec bank can you please do the right thing and treat this with the urgency and need it requires as this treatment is unbecoming and out of order.
