Urgent: Ongoing Water Shortage in Hammanskraal

Dear City of Tshwane and Magalies water

I am a resident of Hammanskraal, and I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing water shortage that has now lasted nearly four months. During this period, we have had no communication about when the water supply will be restored, which is unacceptable.

The lack of water has forced us to spend approximately thousands of rand on water tankers to refill our JoJo tanks, which is a significant financial burden. This situation is not just inconvenient but inhumane, as we rely on water for daily activities such as bathing, cooking, and cleaning.

We urgently request a clear update on the status of the water supply and a timeline for when we can expect it to be restored.
