18 month ago we wrote to MW to dispute a number of issues!!
We received a written apology from the CEO, who we now suspect didn't have a clue what he was apologising for!! We received a call from the COO who clearly hadn't read the whole email!!! And then a half assed "investigation" by a so called CFO who also obviously didnt know what she was talking about!!!
And now we have been cut off, which we believe is illegal, despite the fact that we pay what we used to owe every month since they replaced the so called faulty meter 18 months ago!! We won't even talk about the many leaks, one of which has still not been repaired!!
We believe that it is illegal to disconnect anyone's water supply, specially when they are paying every month!!! Can anyone assist us with the legal aspect of this please? We are not in a financial position to "pay and then argue" what is supposedly owed!!!
And the b.........s do it at night and now we don't even have drinking water!!!!!
Incompetence what???
