Satisfied with their service but their support needs work

Have been using their service for the past 6 months now. I was asked on their website to post a review here so here it is.

It find Maxagon to be an alright freelance gateway. It's certainly not the best. It's a long way from competing from the rest of the mega groups.

But they have very handsome payouts and plans to get started. I started with their Basic Option, which at the time wasn't available.

I then transferred to their Premium plan. Payouts are sometimes delayed, no biggie.

But as people have pointed out, their customer service is very lacking. You can expect to not receive a reply back for days. It's unacceptable.
