DISGUSTING ****
This company is a ****. Once you finish paying they send you an email to say there are no more seats available for you and then suggest a refund. This "refund" doesn't exist, because after that email they cut all communication with you and you will NEVER get your money back. They prey for the unemployed which is sickening! They ****med me R99. It might not seem like a lot but it is for me since I am unemployed and struggling. May God deal with these ****mers gracefully. Please don't fall victim.

This "refund" doesn't exist, because after that email they cut all communication with you and you will NEVER get your money back. They prey for the unemployed which is sickening! They ****med me R99. So Disgusted!
So as a single mom I have decided to take my hard earned R299 and decided to sign up for a freelance job on the 23rd Sep 2023. For obvious reasons being making extra cash. Was promised to be activated within 24 hours, only to get an email on the 26th saying the below: We have thoroughly investigated the issue causing the delay in activating your account, and unfortunately, we have determined that we are unable to resolve the issue. As a result, we have initiated a refund for the full amount of your purchase. You should expect to receive the refund in the next 7 business days. We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are truly sorry for any disappointment this may have caused. 7 days later no refund was done and clearly I have fall victim of a ****. I have always been skeptical of upfront fees for jobs but when I checked most of the reviews about this company sounded convincing. Clearly they pray on the vulnerable, a true wake up call imagine if it was more money.. PLEASE DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR ENERGY AND MONEY BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS ****!!!

My experience of 5 months with Maxagon
I'm a single mother from Mumbai, I first came to know about Maxagon last year, back when it had just launched. I joined 6 months later and have since been using their platform. I have never used any other services like Maxagon before so I had no idea what I was doing in the first couple of weeks. Thanks to Osmond, who I still remember being my guide, helped me a lot. It's been a joy ride so far. I have discontinued the service as I now have a full time work that I am passionate about.

**** ALERT!
Giving this Company a -Star rating! Absolute ****! Had signed up for the lifetime subscription. Immediately once the payment went through I honestly had a bad feeling , navigated the website just to find **** and nonfunctional navigations and buttons (1st indicication). You will wait days, weeks maybe months to realize nothing has come up and having no contact details , shocker! They have no way to get through to them. I proceeded to request a refund , of which a "Sibongile" responded ensuring me of the return. Low and behold I have received no communication and or funds back into my account . The shadiness is unfathomable, please don't fall victim to this sad excuse of a company. Bare in mind the targeted personal are probably those unemployed and I know it's not alot of money but it could be for the person who's put trust into making an income. They are supposedly based in "CPT" But that's furtherist from the true, claims have been made that they are infact based in Mumbai. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SAD EXCUSE OF A CO!

Have been using their service for the past 6 months now. I was asked on their website to post a review here so here it is. It find Maxagon to be an alright freelance gateway. It's certainly not the best. It's a long way from competing from the rest of the mega groups. But they have very handsome payouts and plans to get started. I started with their Basic Option, which at the time wasn't available. I then transferred to their Premium plan. Payouts are sometimes delayed, no biggie. But as people have pointed out, their customer service is very lacking. You can expect to not receive a reply back for days. It's unacceptable.
