So Disgusted!

So as a single mom I have decided to take my hard earned R299 and decided to sign up for a freelance job on the 23rd Sep 2023. For obvious reasons being making extra cash. Was promised to be activated within 24 hours, only to get an email on the 26th saying the below: We have thoroughly investigated the issue causing the delay in activating your account, and unfortunately, we have determined that we are unable to resolve the issue. As a result, we have initiated a refund for the full amount of your purchase. You should expect to receive the refund in the next 7 business days. We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are truly sorry for any disappointment this may have caused.

7 days later no refund was done and clearly I have fall victim of a ****. I have always been skeptical of upfront fees for jobs but when I checked most of the reviews about this company sounded convincing. Clearly they pray on the vulnerable, a true wake up call imagine if it was more money.. PLEASE DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR ENERGY AND MONEY BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS ****!!!
