1. Unfairly invoiced for Battery changes despite not requesting the change: I had not requested a battery change but rather advi*****t on the battery situation. Despite this, without booking or confirming with me, they arrived at my house while I was not around and replaced the battery - and invoiced me for this. The battery died after 1 month. The technical department indicated that they would cancel the invoice when I called, and promised to call me back in the new year (which they did not).
I was also advised that these batteries should come under warranty of approx 2 years. The fact that there were approx 3 replacements in 7 months should fall within warranty and should be considered in relation to the invoices that were raised. Again - I queried these on receipt of invoice and attempted to call, with no response either telephonically or via email.
2. Debit ordered despite cancelling my subscription: Severely disappointed in the service I have received from Magma- hence why I have cancelled my subscription.. Despite receipt of my cancellation, I was still debited and advised that this was because "the previous admin person who received my request had left the company". There was no response to my phone calls.
Following my cancellation, the company has advised me that I owe them money due to the invoices I had requested be reviewed (see point 1), and would not be paying back my deposit (see point 2).
At no stage has a manager or other attempted to call me and rectify the situation or make an attempt to reconcile all email and phonecall communications related to these administrative challenges over the last 6 months.
