A black magma branded bakkie driving right up my **** on the highway! He was trying to intimidate me to pull over, but i was passing another vehicle. How he missed colliding with me, i do not know. Once we pulled over, he did the same to the vehicle in front of us. Magma drivers should display more courtesy and respect for other road users; not aggression!

3 weeks ago I went to Magma security to ask them for a job because I worked at checkers and since they got the contract I taught I could get employed with them but because you are an Indian they treat you like dirt and keep lying that their no jobs but when you contacted checkers head office it's a different story that these companies took over more stores in the checkers group. Management in this company are bad because they pick people according to their nation and skin colors

1. Unfairly invoiced for Battery changes despite not requesting the change: I had not requested a battery change but rather advi*****t on the battery situation. Despite this, without booking or confirming with me, they arrived at my house while I was not around and replaced the battery - and invoiced me for this. The battery died after 1 month. The technical department indicated that they would cancel the invoice when I called, and promised to call me back in the new year (which they did not). I was also advised that these batteries should come under warranty of approx 2 years. The fact that there were approx 3 replacements in 7 months should fall within warranty and should be considered in relation to the invoices that were raised. Again - I queried these on receipt of invoice and attempted to call, with no response either telephonically or via email. 2. Debit ordered despite cancelling my subscription: Severely disappointed in the service I have received from Magma- hence why I have cancelled my subscription.. Despite receipt of my cancellation, I was still debited and advised that this was because "the previous admin person who received my request had left the company". There was no response to my phone calls. Following my cancellation, the company has advised me that I owe them money due to the invoices I had requested be reviewed (see point 1), and would not be paying back my deposit (see point 2). At no stage has a manager or other attempted to call me and rectify the situation or make an attempt to reconcile all email and phonecall communications related to these administrative challenges over the last 6 months.

The very same people we pay to protect us harrass us in the very communities that they are serving. Not only was I racially profiled but I was also harrassed by the security guards. Who exactly are they protecting, the community or the criminals? I must say I am very disappointed. Clearly your training leaves much to be desired. Our communities deserve better.

Magma security is a security service that must change their Management because they do what they want,doesn't matter the consequences.Surley someone must raise there complaints, because employees are threaded unfairly and dismissed unfairly and you have salary problems.In my opinion favouritism plays a big part.With all the companies I worked for they are the worst.

Yesterday I was a Supersave(Pietermaritzburg). At the exit point of the store i forgot to take out my till slip, that was because the security were too busy. When I was out the Magma security asked if they saw my slip i said no. I gave the other security from a different company (RZS) my slip. Magma security continued talking telling me i think I'm special, why am i not producing my slip. We exchanged words. He started chocking me(held my neck tight). I reported the incident to his superior nothing was done. I made a mistake not to produce a till slip however there was no need to lay a hand on me
