Horrible experience!

I have had the unfortunate experience of having Natasha from Magnificent moment photography take our wedding photos and what was supposed to be a video which was never recorded.

We got married in November last year (2018) and I have yet to receive my photos since then, she also advised on the day that she didn’t have a videographer available to do the video (which we paid for)

She has told me repeatedly that she would refund me for the videographer not pitching up and every single time there is an excuse.

Here we are 9 months later and I have still not received my photos or refund.

She ignores all our calls, only responds to emails with a different excuse every time.

We have stated that we are willing to go and collect the photos wherever we need to and again with the excuses why we can’t collect them

I am willing to post or send all the emails to anyone who wants them.

TO ANY COUPLE GETTING MARRIED – DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS WOMAN!... She will turn your dream day into a nightmare!
