Waiting for Refund Magoebaskloof Gateway

I had a bad experience at Magoebaskloof Getaway .To this day im still waiting for my refund .I drove for 4 hours when I got the there the receptionist was good I wil like to celebrate him but the rooms were so dirty, they tried the state was very bad we canceled the booking and ask for refund ,he allowed us ,but the money didn't come immediately even to this day im still waiting for my refund.
