Waiting for Refund Magoebaskloof Gateway
I had a bad experience at Magoebaskloof Getaway .To this day im still waiting for my refund .I drove for 4 hours when I got the there the receptionist was good I wil like to celebrate him but the rooms were so dirty, they tried the state was very bad we canceled the booking and ask for refund ,he allowed us ,but the money didn't come immediately even to this day im still waiting for my refund.

Scammed me of R300
Magoebaskloof hotel (not Magoebaskloof getaway) scammed me of R300. They double deducted for a massage. I forwarded proof of payment and bank statements to proof the double deduction but I was told they can't call me because they don't have airtime. I was assisted by Caroline, Vincent and Jadon but none of them has bothered to explain where the other R300 went to cos on my statement is reflected as Magoebaskloof hotel. They blocked both my husband and I's number because they don't want to refund me. Their contact number is 015 590 990. I am so ashamed of their criminal act

Scammed me of R300
Magoebaskloof hotel (not Magoebaskloof getaway) scammed me of R300. They double deducted for a massage. I went to complain about broken pots and pans, a dirty fridge and the little old ladies attitude, The little old lay told me to bigger off and if I dont like it I must leave.. Horrible service.. Not worth the money.
