Mahatma Ghandi Government hospital parking closed off to public

Arrived at the hospital to find that you cannot park inside, despite there being available parking spots. You have to park outside the hospital, on THE MAIN ROAD! This is a government hospital, so I'm struggling to understand why the public are made to park outside the hospital premises.

Please assist with getting an urgent investigation conducted as to what is the reason. The security guards are arrogant when asked what's the reason for only staff being allowed access to the parking area.
