We don't like the service we got from this branch, they have very poor communication with customers, we always had to call to get the status of our vehicle, they made us pay a deposit for them to order parts for our Maxi Truck and it still took them over four days to receive the parts and continue with the repairs. Our truck is still at their workshop, and we still don't know if it's ready as when we call, they say the workshop manager will give us a call and he hasn't done so since. We spoke to Odette and Workshop manager and told them that we are losing R15 000 a day with that vehicle standing there. They said they will give us feedback by Friday last week. We haven't heard from them even today. We would never take our vehicle to Mahindra Brits again; we would rather take it to Mahindra Pretoria North
