We were promised a 10% discount if we brought dog food or supplies for their animal welfare initiative, which we were happy to support. However, when we brought the items and asked about the discount, we were told it had already been “built into the quotation”. This doesn’t make sense, as the quotation was given before anyone could know whether we would actually bring anything. We have no problem supporting animal welfare, but making promises and then changing the explanation afterwards feels misleading. In addition, after calling to collect our vehicle, we had to wait for an hour for our vehicle, as they were not done yet. So why in the first place did they tell us to come and collect if they were still busy with the vehicle. Overall, the experience left us disappointed. Transparency and keeping to what was promised would go a long way.

I regret to say that my experience with Mahindra Brits has been deeply disappointing and has left me with serious concerns regarding the quality of service provided. I am not someone who typically raises complaints, but unfortunately, every vehicle service I’ve received from this branch has resulted in issues afterwards—something I find completely unacceptable. Not once have I collected my vehicle without encountering a new problem post-service. If it were possible, I would award zero stars for the service received. Due to these repeated negative experiences, I have lost all confidence in the brand and will not consider purchasing a Mahindra vehicle again in the future.

I regret to say that my experience with Mahindra Brits has been deeply disappointing and has left me with serious concerns regarding the quality of service provided. First service booked for my XUV300, 03.02.2025. Service advisor only communicated in the morning my NVR not loaded for my car, so his first service of 10000km they cant do, I need to sort it out with the dealer whereby I bought the car. I inform the dealer principal about no communication from her team and her words to me, I can take my car and go to another dealer for a car service, so I personally think her attitude stinks to treat a client like this. So Brits Mahindra wont see me again not event to buy another Mahindra I would rather go back to Chery!

I am typing this with a heavy heart today... I bought my car from BB Mahindra Menlyn almost a year ago, a few months down the line, my engine light came on, I spoke to Norman at BB Mahindra Menlyn, and he helped me really quickly... They said it was an oil filter issue and got it fixed... On the 10 of March, my engine light came on again...this time, they were not so friendly... I took my car in to get checked and serviced as Mahindra Brits, they found no problem. The car was fine up to a point where it started to get warm while I was driving, I took the car off the road and the engine went in limp mode... Needless to say, my car went in to Mahindra Brits on the 26th of August. I AM STILL WITHOUT MY CAR and it's the FIRST OF OCTOBER!!!!! Somewhere the communication between Mahindra and my insurance got lost... They "are still waiting for emails"... I spoke to one of the person's there at PANAFRICA INSURANCE and SHE told me that she sent Mahindra Brits an email on the 9th of September, I forwarded all the info to Wessel(s) at Mahindra Brits and yet no follow up or follow through.... I know my car is not the only one there... BUT REALLY??!!!! THEY DON'T COME BACK TO ME ABOUT ANYTHING. I AM THE ONE CURRENTLY ASKING AND PHONING AND I AM REALLY GATVOL NOW.I AM WOMAN ALONE DOING ALL OF THIS, AND IT FEELS AS IF THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THAT. PLEASE IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT CAN LIGHT A CANDLE BEHIND SOMEONE'S **** AT THAT PLACE, I WOULD TRULY APPRECIATE IT.

We don't like the service we got from this branch, they have very poor communication with customers, we always had to call to get the status of our vehicle, they made us pay a deposit for them to order parts for our Maxi Truck and it still took them over four days to receive the parts and continue with the repairs. Our truck is still at their workshop, and we still don't know if it's ready as when we call, they say the workshop manager will give us a call and he hasn't done so since. We spoke to Odette and Workshop manager and told them that we are losing R15 000 a day with that vehicle standing there. They said they will give us feedback by Friday last week. We haven't heard from them even today. We would never take our vehicle to Mahindra Brits again; we would rather take it to Mahindra Pretoria North

On Monday as Nissan Allen approached Riana to tell her I am purchasing the demo XUV300 she told him as well it’s a demo 2023 with 12000km. Allen then returned to Nissan to proceed with the bank however once the paperwork arrived the vehicle turned out to be a 2021 model with almost 140000km on the clock, rattling my finance application. Allen then again returned to Mahindra to ask questions but got shut and even management had no interest in resolving anything except for saying that’s what is for sale. If this wasn’t enough even the second vehicle she showed was a complete lie having over a 100000km more on the clock than said. I myself then returned to mahindra demanding to speak to the branch manager as I just app**** for finance on a *****ulent sale. I was merely told the manager is not available as she works remotely by the receptionist and that they are sorry. This is a very serious matter. Selling cars with false models and mileage is no joke.

I have had the worst service ever from this Branch. All was good and well when I bought a tractor new from them, but now that there is problem, they have all friendly over the phone, but refuse to come back to me to resolve a technical problem on the tractor. I left several messages over the last few weeks, but to no avail.

Very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.
