This is company that doesn't mind getting involved in committing *****. I had a son in school about 10 years ago. His father paid the school fees. Suddenly, my 2nd husband, not related to my son at all, receives an email showing that I paid a R100 per month till last year. I don't know why they would commit this level of ***** on prescribed debt. I have all my bank statements that can proof I did not make this payments yet they go this far???? Dishonest company
Overall Teljoy gives good service, however when it comes to their billing they SUCK. I have an item that according to their smsand emails was paid up by May 2021. So June 2021 i asked why O am paying for the paid up item for June 2021. Dineo gave me some explanation that the 36 months is only paid up by June 2021 and that will be the last payment. July the item was on there again. August the item is on there again. I email Dineo a few times. Today she send me in updated statement where it clearly shows the item is still on there. No explanation as to why I am still paying a full payment 2 months after the 36 months was reached. This is not the first time this happened. Previously they only corrected the debit order AFTER I also complained however I mever got the credit. This is the second item i completed paying and it is the second time they extended the payment period beyond the payment schedule. Wonder if this will alos be the second time they will not "refund" the credit to my account. This is the only draw back of dealing with Teljoy.
So 24 December I ordered a new washing machine. It gets delivered middle January. 4 days after I ordered the washing machine a debit oder goes through. Mind you my account is paid up and I do not have my washing machine so there is no reason for this debit order and thr amount is higher that the amount fornthe washing machine. So it can't be pro rata for something I do not have. End of January the debit order that includes the washing machine goes off as on the agreed date. 5 days later another debit order is deducted almost double the washing machines price. This amount also does not appear on my invoice. A mounth later it happens again... 25th my debit order as per invoice goes off and 5/6 days later a bigger amount goes off as the one in December. Now I can't get an answer from them. Deneo refuse to answer my request for why I am paying an extra amount that is not mentioned on any invoice they send me. Why the deducted the intial amount when my account was already paid for December and before I received my goods. She just keep on sending emails on "you promised to pay". However she seems to be unable to answer ANY QUESTIONS on why there is an extra amount that I need to pay and why it increased as from the next month. Mind you, both amounts is much more than the cost of the new washing machine. Can't get any one more senior to talk to. So my frustration with teljoy is through the roof.
#SuportLocal. I have never experienced services from any business in SA like that from Mahindra Brits. They the guys that never thinks twice to assist. I know of Aurin getting into his bakkie, hooking a trailer and go fetch someone who broke down. I've told them over the phone I hear a nice, described the notice and they immediately knew what is wrong and fixed it. This Mahindra branch is definitely the branch to go to with sales and after service sales.
In a kingdom there was a Countess of Service Quest by the name of Mandy Manning. She had the voice of an angel and the patience of a Lady. I requested a quote as we are purchasing a new home. During our call, my phone died and she phoned me back. She was able to answer all my questions and what made this lady so remarkable is the fact that she was my 3rd person I was transferred to. She immediately apologized and promised she will be the one to assist me without transferring me again. She stayed true to her word. I am really happy I met her today. She made the conversation we had light without the boring undertone an insurance call normally consist of. Mandy, THANK YOU for the great service today!!!!
I got a top up contract with Cell C in May. So on my app I got my account number and made extra payments into my account. However that two payments is still not on my statement. Every time I raise a query, they send me an email to say it was allocated to my account, however it is still not on my statement. How on earth do they provide you with and account number and the money is not reflecting on my statement. I've requested them to communicate with me on email ONLY, however they ignore the request. I do not want to speak to incompetent people. I do not want to hear one more person to tell me there is nothing they can do. My frustration with them is to a point where I've lost my respect and should they persist on speaking to me over a phone, they will have to take verbal abuse. I've send them all the proof and nothing gets rectified. I am really disappointed in them as a service provider.
<p>Last week Satruday (4 March 2017) I had to use a Standard Bank ATM to withdraw cash for a transaction. After a long while I received a slip to say I requested to withdraw R600 however R0 was dispensed. I can accept a 2 - 3 days waiting time for the atm transaction to be reversed. We all know technologie is not of the greatest. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 9 days later. The money is still not paid back. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why would it take so long?? Surely a bank like Standard bank has custodians that deals with their atm? Have systems in place to inform them that there was an error on a machine where their name is displayed?</p> <p> </p> <p>If they don't, get something in place.</p>
