I regret to say that my experience with Mahindra Brits has been deeply disappointing and has left me with serious concerns regarding the quality of service provided.

I am not someone who typically raises complaints, but unfortunately, every vehicle service I’ve received from this branch has resulted in issues afterwards—something I find completely unacceptable. Not once have I collected my vehicle without encountering a new problem post-service.

If it were possible, I would award zero stars for the service received. Due to these repeated negative experiences, I have lost all confidence in the brand and will not consider purchasing a Mahindra vehicle again in the future.
