Back pain

I bought mahindra s4 pick up, to honest sinc i bought this bakkie i am suffering with lower back pain, even the passenger started to complain about the same issue, i do t k ow weather their seats are not well designed for human confort,

I have visited them to explain this problem and their advice was to buy something to boost my back position while driving.

I don't know if this how we should be feeling on our new vehicles.

Very disappointed 😥
