Daylight robbery!

Hi, my name is Wandile Sangweni. I bought a new#DARE, K2+ at Mahindra Heidelberg. I had boubts with regards to the first service of 3000km which I had to pay an amount of 1665.79 because I didn't take the service plan. I asked them to give me back all the parts they replaced, including the oils in future. We had an agreement. On 13/08/21 I took the car in again for the 10 000km and I reminded them that I want to parts they took out, including the oil.

Later I went to collect the car and yes they gave me back the engine oil, the gear oil and oil filter. But I'm 100% sure that the oils were not from my car, as I checked the oil in the car that morning of the service. And even the car still had visible old dust and mud which I took pictures of. The main reason for requesting the old parts was for monitoring purposes. I'm not happy and I ask for your assistance in this regard. #WIN!
