They lie, giving false information, ****ming pensioners and their consultants are very rude. They debit money even after we called them several times to cancel the policy after realizing that the information the reps presented was far different from the info of the consultant. Be aware senior citizens of Ubuntu Life Funeral Insurance . They are a BUG ****
Hi, my name is Wandile Sangweni. I bought a new#DARE, K2+ at Mahindra Heidelberg. I had boubts with regards to the first service of 3000km which I had to pay an amount of 1665.79 because I didn't take the service plan. I asked them to give me back all the parts they replaced, including the oils in future. We had an agreement. On 13/08/21 I took the car in again for the 10 000km and I reminded them that I want to parts they took out, including the oil. Later I went to collect the car and yes they gave me back the engine oil, the gear oil and oil filter. But I'm 100% sure that the oils were not from my car, as I checked the oil in the car that morning of the service. And even the car still had visible old dust and mud which I took pictures of. The main reason for requesting the old parts was for monitoring purposes. I'm not happy and I ask for your assistance in this regard. #WIN! Thank you.
Having issues with the above mentioned company since December 2020. Ordered a price lock Explora decoder that I never received. We cancelled it after we had hassles and decided to buy a new decoder at Pep. The problem is that they are still charging us for the decoder since last year December even after we called to cancel it and complained several times to them. All the time we called to complain we were told that the matter will be escalatd and still nothing was done. Please assist us in this regard as DSTV MultiChoice has been very unfair and incompetent to do the right thing.
