Unsatisfactory service

I ordered a KUV 100 2021 model in RED beginning of April 2021. I also requested a personalised numberplate.

I could only order this vehicle in grey. I struggled to get an answer for my personalized number plate for 2 months now, and now my name is taken, after I was told that it was available. I received the grey KUV 100 middle April, as the pearl white was not available either The registration of the car was quickly because without this, they cannot get the money from the financing company.

The service up until now is really unsatisfactory. They do false advertising as this vehicle is only available in the grey colour and not in pearl white nor red. I cannot have my personalized number plate.
