Mahindra Newcastle - Poor prospective customer service

I stopped at the dealer on the 26th July, spoke with the sales person and sales manager, expressing my interest in a new Mahindra DC 4x4. The manager took photos of my car I wanted to trade, walked away and I never heard anything from either of them again. This is poor/non-existing customer service and I cannot express my disappointment as I really love the product
