Mahindra Newcastle - excellent service, staff and friendly
I have bought a Mahindra Karoo from This branch and feel compelled to comment on the service. I have never before experienced the excellent quality of service I received from this team. The DP, Bonita, is absolutely customer driven and the person in finance, Anine, both made it a pleasurable experience with nothing being too much Thank you Mahindra Newcastle, I will always use this experience as a measure in future dealings with yourselves or others dealers Great service, friendly and knowledgable team

Mahindra Newcastle - Poor prospective customer service
I stopped at the dealer on the 26th July, spoke with the sales person and sales manager, expressing my interest in a new Mahindra DC 4x4. The manager took photos of my car I wanted to trade, walked away and I never heard anything from either of them again. This is poor/non-existing customer service and I cannot express my disappointment as I really love the product

Mahindra Umhlanga - worst after sales experience ever
I bought a Mahindra Scorpio N, actualy 2, from Mahindra Umhlanga, I was dealing with the owner Regan McCann, last year August. With the second one I reported issues to him within 24hrs of taking delivery and numerous more thereafter. I started making a big fuss in January '24 during which I managed to get a response from him. Since then my wife's brand new car has been in and out for repairs at Mahindra Edenvale, which was arranged by Umhlanga. Mahindra Umhlanga, Regan, has just been ignoring me since then and not taking my calls or calling me back. I have been requesting a courtesy car and from January when the "repairs" started I managed to get a car once and both Mahindra dealers are ignoring my request.

Watson Properties Edenvale - Ignoring responsibilities
I am renting a property via Watson Properties in Greenstone hill for the last few months and even before we moved in an inspection was done with the agent, Doreen. There were some defects listed in mid-January during the inspection and to date, despite numerous mails and calls to both her and the agency, they are still ignoring the list of defects and not even bothering to respond but very punctual when invoices are for rent are due. I will never propose them or use them ever again.....BAD NEWS & WORST EVER EXPERIENCE
