I bought a Mahindra Scorpio N, actualy 2, from Mahindra Umhlanga, I was dealing with the owner Regan McCann, last year August. With the second one I reported issues to him within 24hrs of taking delivery and numerous more thereafter. I started making a big fuss in January '24 during which I managed to get a response from him. Since then my wife's brand new car has been in and out for repairs at Mahindra Edenvale, which was arranged by Umhlanga. Mahindra Umhlanga, Regan, has just been ignoring me since then and not taking my calls or calling me back. I have been requesting a courtesy car and from January when the "repairs" started I managed to get a car once and both Mahindra dealers are ignoring my request.

If I could give it no stars I would. The after sales service is non existent. When reporting an issue you are told IT'S FINE, but down the line becomes and issue, when you then want to sort something out at the Head Office you are given the 3rd degree and made to feel like you are at fault. Various items brought to their attention and basically fobbed off. Stay clear if you want after sales service!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED. Taken for a service and had to go back due to their fault - so now am being drilled because I no longer use them for a service - why would I if I cannot trust them.

My Mahindra as 3 and half years old. There is rust build up on the left and right side of the car exactly on the same areas of a certain part below the doors. I reported the issue to the Umhlanga Branch in June 2022. The personal kept me on hold for feedback till today. I made several calls to her and have several messages asking for feedback. She kept asking me to hold on. Today I complained on their facebook page so the admin of the page blocked me. The personal that was handling my case called me thereafter to inform me that Mahindra cannot assist to carry out the rust repairs. Is this what a customer gets after purchasing a vehicle? Is this the support that one receives after dealing with Mahindra. I am totally disgusted with the fooling around of my time, money and trust in Mahindra.

Beyond disgusting service and attitude!! Selling our Mahindra and will never go back. The service department is beyond incompetent. Takes four trips to discover what the problem is, then still want to charge a call out fee of R450-without notifying the client beforehand! Rip off.

Just purchased a Mahindra Xuv 300 from Mahindra Umhlanga. What a beautiful ride and also a special thanks to Pam and Regan for their excellent customer service. You guys are awesome. Would definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to go to them.
