My Mahindra as 3 and half years old. There is rust build up on the left and right side of the car exactly on the same areas of a certain part below the doors. I reported the issue to the Umhlanga Branch in June 2022. The personal kept me on hold for feedback till today. I made several calls to her and have several messages asking for feedback. She kept asking me to hold on. Today I complained on their facebook page so the admin of the page blocked me. The personal that was handling my case called me thereafter to inform me that Mahindra cannot assist to carry out the rust repairs. Is this what a customer gets after purchasing a vehicle? Is this the support that one receives after dealing with Mahindra. I am totally disgusted with the fooling around of my time, money and trust in Mahindra.
