The whole mini collection is something to be looked at, when customers don't take their minis, they are still scanned and put under the counter to be taken away, have actually seen them being collected from the tills Then this week after shopping to be told 'finished' when the cut off date has not yet been reached. When phoning the store get told they were overwhelmed by response head office only sent a certain amount. There aren't any more! And get told a sign had been put up, yet to see. This is unacceptable as people are only shopping excessively to get minis. Then give a note and get some from another store. Come on checkers this is not your first rodeo. Poor excuse!
If I could give it no stars I would. The after sales service is non existent. When reporting an issue you are told IT'S FINE, but down the line becomes and issue, when you then want to sort something out at the Head Office you are given the 3rd degree and made to feel like you are at fault. Various items brought to their attention and basically fobbed off. Stay clear if you want after sales service!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED. Taken for a service and had to go back due to their fault - so now am being drilled because I no longer use them for a service - why would I if I cannot trust them.
Fast efficient service. Had a delivery problem but it was sorted immediately. Would recommend to anyone looking for.different products
Order was easy to process. Was kept upto date the entire.process From. Start to finish took 1 week. Very impressive. Will definitely order from them again
This is not the 1st incident at Checkers Virginia Circle. Items are marked as buy for a certain discounted price. But this often doesn't happen as the tills have not been adjusted. So people please check your slips as we presume we are paying the correct price. When bringing to store attention there are always excuses. But why should we not expect good service. Then get looks when confronting staff to get the correct price. Then have to go through the ordeal of providing personal information to get your money back. Come on checkers how many elderly people are being done in as they probably don't check!!! A few Rands on each customer's adds up to a lot in your pocket daily
Not even worth 1 star. Shocking service told made a mistake wait another 10 minutes after already waiting hf an hour. Get home to a puzza with minimal topping. Both iicw cold. Phone the store to be told oh its the kitchen!!!!
A family member who regularly visits Dis-chem for their chronic medication was turned away for 3 days as they denied having a repeat script from the Specialist. After querying with the Practice they confirmed the date that it was sent to Dis-Chem who refused to issue medication as they did not have the script. He then went without medication for 4 days - CHRONIC MEDICATION - until he had his script sent the another pharmacy. HOW CAN THEY DENY ANYONE CHRONIC MEDIATION WHEN HE HAS BEEN GETTING HIS MEDIATION FROM THEM FOR YEAR.
