As a former client, I am very disappointed and unhappy in the services I have received from Maintenance Me, Multiple times I have requested proof of progress multiple times not once have Maintenance Me provided them, empty promises - "Portal will be created" - no Portal was ever created, "will check what is the progress on your file and will get back to you" - never got back to me regards to the progress, " Letter of Demand will be sent to you today along with the invoice" no invoice nor updated letter of demand have been sent to me. " Your call have been scheduled for tomorrow at 16:00" no one phoned or sent a message." 33 days have passed after the 28 days, and no proof of progress have been sent through to me that action was taken to my arrears maintenance. I have a feeling that no attention was given to my case, no proof of progress was sent nor promises kept ... Good luck to all new clients. hope they assist better then they did
